Hinsdale Hospital (now called Univ of Chicago Advent Health) was among the first hospitals in the western suburbs to have the daVinci Robotic Minimal invasive technology in 2008. Dr Akhter is one of the few original doctors who were trained for it. She has been doing these surgeries for over a decade & has become an expert in it.
